The Charter Communications job application can be filled out online (on the Kroger website) or offline (by downloading the .PDF file on this page). Both hourly and salaried positions can be applied for on the website. Use the “Apply Online” guide posted below to learn how to find and apply for available positions in your area.
Apply Online
Step 1 – Go to the main Charter Communications job website.
Step 2 – Search for openings in your area by entering your ZIP code into the search bar and then pressing the “Search Jobs” button.
Step 3 – The results page will detail the various job openings (and their locations). Click the position you are interested in applying for to continue next step of the process.
Step 4 – Review the job description, and then press the “Apply now” link. Enter your email address into the input field, and then hit the “Start” button.
Step 5 – Create an online profile by filling out the required details of the form (email, password, first name, last name, ZIP code). If you want recruiters to contact you regarding other employment opportunities – check the appropriate box, and then click the “Next” button.
Step 6 – Select your country of residence, read/accept the privacy agreement, and then press the “Next” link.
Step 7 – Once you have reached the main application page, scroll down to the blue boxes which are links to each section of the application. Begin by uploading a resume, cover letter and any other supporting documents into the “My Documents” section.
Step 8 – Click the “Personal Information” box and provide all of the required information into the appropriate input fields.
Step 9 – Open the “More Information” box and complete the brief section with required information.
Step 10 – The next section is required information needed within this application process. This section will address the applicant’s work history, any experience that may apply to the selected position as well as, any military experience. The applicant must enter all of the information pertaining to their most recent employer. Enter all information that must be typed.
Note: Some information will be contained within drop down selection boxes.
Step 11 – The next two boxes are optional. These sections would ask the applicant to provide educational experience and any licenses and/or certifications that have been acquired. Although these sections are optional, the more information provided, the better the chances are that management or administration would be interested in further pursuing the applicant for employment.
Step 12 – The final section is required, job-specific information and all fields must be completed. As well, some selections must be made in the areas owning only drop down boxes. Once the entire section is completed, the applicant must provide their electronic signature. The areas within this section that must be completed are as follows:

- Availability
- Previous Employment Information
- Personal Background Information
- Emergency Contact Information
- Applicant Statement
- Voluntary Information (optional)
- Questions (fill in the yes or no bubbles next to each question)
- The applicant may then view their profile information
- Click “Save” to maintain the answers in the application
- Submit the application
- The application will be submitted to all of the selected positions at the locations stated, management or administration will review the application and contact the applicant as soon as possible
