FreshDirect Job Application

The FreshDirect job application (online version) is available on the company’s main careers page. Follow the instructions posted below to learn how to search for current openings and submit an application. Numerous career types can be applied for including business development, customer service, FoodKick, finance, management, production, and transportation positions (to name a few).

  • About the Company: FreshDirect is an American company based out of New York City, New York. The company provides online grocery/food delivery service to residents of New York City (as well as New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C.).

Step 1 Click here to open the list of current openings in a separate browser window/tab.

Step 2 – Once you’re on the main page of listings, scroll down the page to view all of the openings (for each category).

Step 3 – Click the link of the position that you want to learn more about/submit an application for.

Step 4 – Review the job description to learn more about the role, and then click the button as outlined in red in the below screenshot:

Step 5 – Add Resume – Click the button to upload/import your resume.

  • Note: Uploading your resume is not required, however we recommend that you upload it for a better chance at being hired for the position.

Step 6 – Personal Information – In the “Personal Information” subsection provide the following information:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • AND
  • Social profiles (i.e. LinkedIn/Facebook – optional)
  • Additional files (e.g. cover letter, cv, etc. – optional)

Step 7 – Press the “Next” button to go to the next section of the application.

Step 8 – Provide your education and work history details. After submitting all of the required details for each section of the form you will be able to submit your application for processing.

  • Note: It typically takes around 3-10 business days for online applications to be processed/reviewed by a manager.
