Home Bargains Job Application

The Home Bargains job application is not currently available in downloadable/printable format. The application must be filled out and submitted online (by going to the company’s careers site). In-store, corporate, and distribution center positions can all be applied for on the careers site.

  • About the Company: Home Bargains is a U.K.-based discount retail store chain. The company employs more than 17,000 people across both retail/corporate roles. Home Bargains is owned by TJ Morris. The chain has more than 400 locations.

Apply Online

Step 1 – Go to the careers site (https://jobs.homebargains.co.uk/).

Step 2 – Click the link of the job category you want to search (e.g. retail, corporate, distribution, etc.).

Step 3 – Select whether you’re looking for hourly or salaried careers from the drop-down list, and then click the “Search” button to load the results page.

Step 4 – Scroll down the page to view all of the results.

  • Tip: Use the form at the top of the page to filter the results by keyword or location.

Step 5 – Press the “Apply” link under the job you’re interested in.

Step 6 – Sign in to your account, or click the “New User” button to register a new account.

Step 7 – New User Registration:

  • Username
  • Password
  • Email address

Step 8 – Welcome – Select the source type (how you were referred to the job).

Step 9 – Resume Upload – If applicable, upload your resume.

  • Note: You can also import details via your LinkedIn account.

Step 10 – Personal Information – Submit the following details:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Street address
  • City
  • Mailing address/state
  • Zip/postal code
  • Email address
  • Primary phone number
  • If you will allow the hiring manager to contact your current employer
  • AND
  • Complete the shift availability grid
  • Select your preferred number of hours per week
  • Enter your expected pay rate

Step 11 – Press the “Save and continue” button to move to the next section.

Step 12 – Complete the following remaining sections of the application:

  • Employment eligibility
  • Education / work information
  • Additional information
  • Experience profile
  • Background information
  • Assessment
  • eSignature
  • Review and submit
