Pep Boys Job Application

Use the instructions posted on this page to learn how to fill out and submit the Pep Boys job application (online version).   • About the Company: Pep Boys is an American chain of automotive stores/service centers based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The company was founded in 1921 and currently operates more than 900 locations throughout North America.

Step 1 – Press here to open the Pep Boys careers website in a new browser window/tab.

Step 2 – Once on the main site click the “search” button/link as outlined in the below image. You will be taken to the main search page.

Step 3 – Enter a job title or keyword into the first input field, and then enter a location into the second input field. Click the “search for jobs” button to view the results.

Step 4 – The results can be filtered by state, city, area of interest, or schedule (full or part-time). Click the link of the job that you want to submit an application for.

Step 5 – Read the following subsections to learn more about the job/career:

  • Position summary
  • Duties and responsibilities
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Physical demands/work environment
  • Physical demands

Step 6 – Click the button as outlined in red in the screenshot posted below.

Step 7 – Fill in your email address, create a password, and then click the “Create Account” button.

Step 8 – Contact Information – Fill the following information into the form’s input fields:

  • First name
  • Middle name
  • Last name
  • Cell phone number
  • Address line 1
  • Address line 2
  • City
  • State
  • Country
  • Zip code

Step 9 – Press the arrow button at the bottom of the form to load the next step of the process. Compete the remaining sections:

  • Select source
  • Rehire check
  • AND
  • Any remaining subsections
