Step 1 – Access the university’s online jobs site by clicking on this link.

Step 2 – Select which type of opportunities you want to search for (i.e. staff or faculty/administrative).

Step 3 – Search the list of results by submitting the following (via the search form):

  • Keywords
  • Full-time/part-time
  • Department
  • Position type
  • VP area
  • Location
  • Posted within (date)

Step 4 – Scroll down the page to view the results. When you’ve found a position that interests you click its link to go to the next step of the process.

Step 5 – Read the “Posting Details” section to learn more about the position, and then press the link as outlined in the below image.

Step 6 – Sign in to your account, or click one of the “Apply” buttons. You can also click the “Create an Account” link to register a new account.

Step 7 – Create an Account – In the account creation form submit the following details:

  • Upload resume
  • Username
  • Password
  • Password confirmation
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Email confirmation

Step 8 – After your account has been created you will be able to go to the main application form. Enter all of the required details for each step of the application process.
