Search for current openings on the company’s employment site and apply for them using the official online Shaw’s job application. Retail, corporate, management, pharmacy, and supply chain positions are available to be applied for on the Shaw’s employment site. There is currently no official .PDF/printable version of the application available.
- About the Company: Shaw’s is an American chain of supermarkets based out of West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. The company operates over 130 stores throughout the New England area. Shaw’s was founded in 1860 and is one of the largest supermarket chains in New England.

Step 1 – The main employment page can be accessed by clicking on this link.

Step 2 – Scroll down the page and click the link of the type of job openings that you want to search for (e.g. retail, corporate, management, etc.).

Step 3 – Basic Search Criteria – Enter the following into the basic search criteria fields:

- OR
- Keyword
Step 4 – Click the “Search” button to view the results.
Step 5 – Hit the position title link of the specific job that you want to start the online hiring process for.
Step 6 – Review the job description and then click the button as shown in the below image.
Step 7 – Click the “new user” button. Accept the privacy agreement. Fill in the following:
- Username
- Password
- Email address
Step 8 – Accept the privacy agreement.
Step 9 – Upload your resume/import your data (optional).
Step 10 – Complete the following sections (submit the required details):
- Attachments
- Personal information
- Education
- Work experience
- Company questions
- Diversity Screening
- eSignature
- Review and submit
Step 11 – After you have completed all of the sections (by filling in the required details/information) you will be able to submit your application.
