Sprint Job Application

Apply Online

Step 1 – Go to the main careers page (http://careers.sprint.com/).

Step 2 – Explore current openings by selecting a job category or location from one of the drop-down lists (or enter a keyword into the input field).

Step 3 – Click the title of the position you want to start the application process for.

Step 4 – Review the job summary, basic qualifications, etc. and then click the “Apply Now” button to go to the next step.

Step 5 – Talent Network – In order to continue the process you must create a profile. Fill in the following details and then click the “Save and continue” button.

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Area of interest
  • Email address
  • Resume

Step 6 – Scroll down the page and then click the “Submit Your Interest” button to move to the next step.

Step 7 – Sign in to your account. If you need to create a new one click the “Don’t have an account yet?” link.

Step 8 – Create a username and password. Create three security questions/answers. Click the “Continue” button to load the next section.

Step 9 – Answer the preliminary questions (if applicable).

Step 10 – Contact Info – Fill in the following details:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Address line
  • City
  • Country
  • State
  • Zip code
  • Primary phone
  • Contact email address

Step 11 – Click the “Save and continue” button to load the next section. Submit the required details for each section of the application.
