UCLA Job Application

The online UCLA job application is available via the university’s careers page. Follow the links posted on this page (near the top of the page/in the instructional guide) to go to the university’s employment page. When you open the school’s employment portal you will be able to search for current job openings, register for an online account, and fill out/submit applications for any job openings that you want to apply for.

Step 1 – Click this link to open the UCLA employment page in a new tab or window in your current web application.

  • Note: If you’d rather skip this guide and go directly to the university’s careers page simply click the button at the top of this page.

Step 2 – Scroll down the page and click one of the job opening links.

Step 3 – Press the “search jobs” button to be taken to the main search form page.

Step 4 – The results can be sorted via the titles near the top of the search form (click the arrow icon to sort). When you’ve found a position you’re interested in applying for click its link (“view”) to go to its description page.

Step 5 – Review the job summary and then hit the button as outlined in red in the below screenshot.

Step 6 – If you’re a new applicant click the link that’s outlined below OR log in to your account.

Step 7 – Follow the on-page instructions to continue/finish the UCLA job application process.
